There was no authoritative industry ranking of India’s blockchain-development companies in 2023. The ten companies below are therefore an editorial shortlist, not an audited league table or guarantee of performance. They are grouped and ranked using publicly described services, historical relevance, technical scope, security considerations, client evidence, delivery capability and transparency.
This is a historical comparison. A company’s website and capabilities in 2026 may differ from what it offered by December 2023. Confirm current staff, case studies, legal structure, security processes and pricing before signing a contract.
What counts as blockchain development?
The category is broader than launching a token. A suitable vendor may provide one or more of the following:

A firm that mainly deploys white-label token or NFT products should not be compared directly with a specialist building a regulated payments platform, enterprise ledger or production DeFi protocol.
#1 Best Overall
Methodology and limitations
The order below is an editorial assessment rather than a claim of market-share leadership. The framework gives the greatest weight to blockchain-specific delivery evidence and technical capability, followed by security, relevant industries, client evidence, delivery support and company transparency.
- 25%: blockchain-specific delivery evidence
- 20%: relevant technical capability
- 15%: security and smart-contract practices
- 15%: industry relevance
- 10%: client evidence and reviews
- 10%: delivery and support model
- 5%: transparency of company information
For a genuinely historical 2023 ranking, evidence should have been available by December 31, 2023. Current service pages can show what a company advertises now, but they cannot by themselves prove that the same capability or team existed in 2023. Industry lists, including exact-match 2023 coverage, vary considerably and often provide limited comparative evidence.

Company profiles
1. LeewayHertz
LeewayHertz is a strong candidate for enterprise blockchain, custom applications and smart-contract work. 2023 coverage describes work involving Ethereum, Hyperledger and Corda, as well as consulting, custom blockchain development and auditing. That makes it relevant to both public-chain dApps and permissioned enterprise systems.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsBest for: organizations that need a custom architecture rather than a simple white-label launch.
Check before hiring: request dated case studies, named technical leads, audit methodology, deployment handover terms and evidence that the proposed team—not merely the company website—has delivered comparable systems. The historical service descriptions are supported by 2023 coverage, but secondary descriptions are not proof of technical superiority.
2. Antier
Antier is relevant to protocol engineering, enterprise Web3, wallets, institutional DeFi, tokenization and production infrastructure. Its current website identifies Indian locations in Mohali and Bengaluru and describes consulting, tailored applications and pre-built products.
Best for: digital-asset infrastructure, DeFi, wallets, exchanges and tokenization projects that need more than a front-end application.
Check before hiring: separate current marketing claims from historical 2023 evidence. Ask about custody boundaries, key management, AML/KYC responsibilities, upgrade authority and incident response. Current capabilities are described at Antier’s official site.
Rank #2
3. HashCash Consultants
HashCash was described in 2023 coverage as a multinational software company working across blockchain, payments, exchanges, remittance, currency conversion, corporate payments and payment processing.
Best for: payment, exchange and financial-infrastructure projects where blockchain is part of a wider transaction system.
Check before hiring: verify named deployments, regulated-market experience, security testing and the division of responsibility between the vendor, custodians, payment providers and legal advisers. Treat uncorroborated client and product claims as company-reported.

4. Appinventiv
Appinventiv’s blockchain-services page advertises consulting, dApps, smart-contract development and auditing, Ethereum, Layer 2, permissioned networks, wallets, exchanges, tokenization, enterprise integration, security and AML/KYC-related implementation.
Best for: companies that need blockchain development alongside web, mobile, cloud, integration and product-design work.
Check before hiring: a broad service catalogue does not automatically demonstrate specialist protocol-security expertise. Ask who writes the contracts, who audits them, whether the audit is independent and how defects are handled after deployment. See the official service page.
5. SoluLab
SoluLab appears repeatedly in Indian blockchain-development comparisons and is a reasonable candidate for a custom dApp or blockchain-software shortlist.
Best for: buyers seeking a general custom-development partner with blockchain capability.
Check before hiring: require 2023-dated blockchain case studies, customer references, chain-specific engineering examples and a clear distinction between completed projects and advertised services. A directory profile alone is not enough.
6. Oodles Technologies
Oodles Technologies is another recurring name in Web3 and blockchain-services comparisons. It may suit a broad product build, but its position should depend on evidence for the exact use case rather than listicle visibility.
Best for: buyers comparing general Web3 implementation teams.
Check before hiring: inspect the proposed engineers’ smart-contract, protocol, testing and production-support experience. Ask whether source code, infrastructure and deployment credentials will be transferred to the client.
7. Osiz Technologies
Osiz Technologies is associated with blockchain, Web3, exchanges, wallets, NFTs and smart-contract development. These services cover several very different risk levels, from a marketplace interface to custody or financial infrastructure.
Best for: token, NFT, wallet and exchange-related product concepts, subject to deeper technical review.
Check before hiring: treat scale, client and delivery claims as company-reported unless corroborated. Ask for an architecture review, audit plan, key-management design and post-launch monitoring arrangement.

8. Hyperlink InfoSystem
Hyperlink InfoSystem is relevant when blockchain is one component of a larger software project. Its broad software-development capacity may be useful for web, mobile, integration and business-system work.
Rank #4
- Brand New in box. The product ships with all relevant accessories
Best for: enterprises that need a general technology partner and only part of the system uses blockchain.
Check before hiring: do not confuse general software capacity with deep protocol expertise. For DeFi, custody, bridges, or complex smart contracts, insist on named specialist engineers and independent security review.
9. Maticz
Maticz appears in later comparisons involving token, exchange, wallet, NFT and Web3 development. It can be considered for those categories, but the available evidence is weaker for a strictly historical 2023 ranking.
Best for: Web3 product concepts involving tokens, wallets, exchanges or NFT functionality.
Check before hiring: obtain evidence dated no later than December 2023, verify actual customer references and separate reusable white-label components from bespoke engineering. Do not treat later mentions as proof of 2023 leadership.
10. Aglowid IT Solutions
Aglowid was included in a 2023 industry announcement as an end-to-end blockchain provider. It may fit a broad custom-development brief, but the available evidence does not establish comparative technical leadership.
Best for: buyers looking for a general development partner that can incorporate blockchain into a wider application.
Check before hiring: ask for blockchain-specific deployments, security processes, named engineers, contract ownership terms and evidence of production support. The 2023 inclusion is reported in an industry announcement, not an independent technical assessment.

How to choose a blockchain-development company
1. Start with the business problem
Decide whether a public blockchain, permissioned network or conventional database is justified. A blockchain is not automatically better for a system with one trusted operator, confidential data or no need for shared settlement.
2. Request a written technical proposal
The proposal should include the architecture diagram, chain-selection rationale, contract boundaries, third-party dependencies, data-storage design, dev/staging/production separation, milestones and acceptance criteria.
3. Make security a procurement requirement
- Smart-contract testing and independent audit plan
- Threat model and penetration-testing scope
- Admin-key, multisignature and upgrade-authority design
- Oracle, bridge, custodian and API risk review
- Monitoring, alerting and incident-response process
- Vulnerability disclosure and patching procedure
“Audited,” “secure” and “enterprise-grade” are not useful on their own. Ask for the auditor, scope, date, unresolved findings and whether the deployed code matches the reviewed code.

4. Define ownership and operational control
The client should control or have a clear contractual right to access the source repository, cloud accounts, domains, deployment pipelines, documentation, contract addresses, infrastructure credentials and production keys. Define what happens if the relationship ends.
5. Check legal and compliance responsibilities
Technical AML/KYC features are not the same as legal compliance advice. Depending on the product and geography, obtain specialist advice on sanctions, AML, KYC, securities rules, tax, privacy, licensing, custody and consumer protection.
RFP checklist
- Detailed statement of work and out-of-scope items
- Named technical leads and their relevant experience
- Architecture and chain-selection rationale
- Security-testing and audit scope
- Milestones, acceptance criteria and warranty period
- Source-code, design and documentation ownership
- Infrastructure, repository and deployment-key access
- Key-management and custody responsibilities
- Privacy, KYC/AML and compliance responsibilities
- Gas-fee, node-hosting and third-party-infrastructure assumptions
- Maintenance SLA, monitoring and incident response
- Change-request pricing and exit or handover terms
Cost, pricing and contract structure
There is no reliable single “average cost” for blockchain development. A public-chain dApp, permissioned enterprise ledger, exchange, wallet and audited DeFi protocol can have radically different scopes.
Cost is driven by the chain, contract complexity, audit requirements, wallet or custody integrations, web and mobile applications, node infrastructure, compliance, team seniority, geographic overlap, reusable white-label components and post-launch operations.

Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →The official pages reviewed use consultation or custom-scoping models rather than dependable public price cards. Directory hourly-rate signals from Clutch and GoodFirms are marketplace estimates, not quotations. Clutch also notes that some placements may involve fees, so directories are useful for discovery but should not determine the ranking.
When comparing proposals, compare seniority, audit scope, deliverables, ownership, support and assumptions—not just the headline hourly rate. A low quote that excludes monitoring, audits or incident response may be the more expensive choice after launch.
Red flags to avoid
- A ranking based only on search visibility or a marketing list
- Unverifiable portfolios, unnamed clients or undated case studies
- Guaranteed token value, fundraising success or returns
- No independent smart-contract audit plan
- Unclear control of admin keys or upgrade authority
- Vendor-only ownership of repositories, cloud accounts or domains
- No monitoring, warranty, maintenance or incident-response plan
- Bridges, oracles, custodians or third-party APIs omitted from the threat model
- Failure to discuss sanctions, AML/KYC, securities, privacy and tax issues
- Comparing firms by rates without comparing scope and team seniority
Where to validate candidates
Directories can help you find reviews, service categories, company size and competing providers. Use them as leads, then verify claims through official company material, dated case studies, customer references, technical interviews and contract documents.
Useful starting points include the Clutch India blockchain directory and GoodFirms India blockchain directory. Neither should be treated as neutral proof that one company is technically superior to another.
