Supplymint is a modular, India-focused cloud supply-chain platform for procurement, vendor collaboration, inventory planning, warehouse operations and B2B sales. Its website publishes INR prices, but the bill depends on head-office users, sites, vendors, customers, mobile users and integrations. Public reviews are positive yet very limited: G2 shows two 5/5 reviews and Trustpilot shows 4.0/5 from three reviews. Treat the published figures as starting estimates, not a guaranteed 2025 contract price.
Supplymint pricing at a glance
According to Supplymint’s pricing page, plans are modular and billed quarterly, with annual subscriptions advertised as saving 15% on selected components. The current page does not prove that these rates were unchanged throughout calendar year 2025.

Taxes, implementation, migration, training, customisation, support tiers and integration charges are not clearly itemised in the public table. Confirm whether annual discounts apply to vendor, customer, site and add-on charges, and whether the WMS base fee is monthly under annual billing.

- User-based: Head-office users are charged by module. WMS users are tied to a site, while Pulse users have a separate charge.
- Site-based: Replenishment is priced per site. WMS also displays a substantial base fee per site.
- Partner-based: Procurement adds a vendor charge; B2B adds a customer-user charge. Ask whether inactive accounts, agents and transporters count.
- Minimums: The page states 100 vendors for procurement and 50 customers for B2B, which can dominate the cost for small businesses.
- Billing term: Quarterly pricing is the clearest published rate. Annual pricing shows a 15% saving on displayed user or site components, but every component should be confirmed in the quote.

Supplymint describes vendor onboarding and KYC, catalogues, fabric and costing approvals, product surveys, sample and design approvals, purchase indents, purchase orders, approval and OTB controls, quality checks, ASNs, appointments, invoice uploads, discrepancy tracking, gate entry, goods receipt, vendor ledgers, outstanding balances and returns. Vendor collaboration
Vendors can participate in catalogue, sample and cost-sheet workflows, create ASNs, track partial purchase orders and receive reminders or escalations. Because the pricing page lists a per-vendor charge, clarify exactly which vendor accounts are billable and what permissions are included.
Planning and replenishment
The planning tools cover assortment and minimum-business-quantity settings, demand-based replenishment, inter-store transfer recommendations, threshold triggers, allocation by product attribute, demand-spike alerts and stockout exceptions. Supplymint calls the replenishment engine ML-based; actual results will depend on clean sales, inventory, event, weather and product-master data. Warehouse management
Pulse/WMS covers purchase orders, ASNs, gate and dock operations, goods receipts, direct or assisted putaway, opening inventory, reservations, transfers, wave planning, picklists, packing verification, loading and shipment. Test barcode, mobile, offline and device compatibility in a live workflow, and model the per-site base fee before approving a rollout.
B2B sales
The B2B module provides catalogues, customer-specific price lists, sales orders, delivery challans, stock checks, salesperson tracking, mobile ordering, credit checks and multi-level approvals. Customer-user minimums can make it uneconomical for a small distributor. See the B2B order-management page.
Integrations
Supplymint says it supports more than 50 ERP and WMS systems, including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally and custom systems. This is a vendor claim, not proof that every connector is turnkey or included. Ask whether synchronization is one-way or two-way, real-time or batch, which objects are mapped, who handles errors, and whether APIs or carrier connections cost extra.

Supplymint reviews: encouraging, but too few to generalise

G2 lists two reviews, both rated 5/5 and dated November 25 and 28, 2024. Reviewers praise the interface, ease of use, support, replenishment, allocation and purchase or shipment tracking. Reported limitations include latency in some fields and no Excel import while creating a purchase indent. Two reviews cannot establish typical uptime, implementation quality, reporting depth or total cost of ownership.

Who should consider Supplymint?
It may suit growing Indian retail, D2C, FMCG or FMEG businesses that need procurement, vendor portals, allocation, replenishment, warehouse and B2B workflows sharing data. It is more compelling when a company has enough vendors, sites or customers to absorb the minimums and has staff to clean master data and manage implementation.
It may be a poor fit for a very small retailer seeking instant self-service activation, a low-cost inventory ledger without partner minimums, an overseas business requiring unconfirmed local tax or regulatory support, or a manufacturer needing deep specialised production, financial or transport planning. A warehouse with few users but many sites should scrutinise the base-fee economics.

- Is the ₹25,000 WMS base fee charged per site per month, and what does it include?
- How are agents, transporters, mobile users, warehouses and external partners counted?
- What support response times are standard, and what is premium support?
- Which ERP, carrier and API integrations are included, and who owns mapping and failures?
- Can you demonstrate Excel-based indent creation, bulk transfers, exception handling and latency on representative data?
- What are the contract term, renewal, cancellation and data-export provisions?
- Can you provide references from businesses with similar vendor, site and order volumes?
Verdict
Supplymint deserves a demo from growing Indian retail and D2C operators that need connected procurement, replenishment, warehouse and B2B processes. Its public pricing is more transparent than a purely quote-only product, but vendor, customer, site and user charges can make the total materially higher than a headline module rate. The review record is a positive signal—not proof: only five visible reviews span G2 and Trustpilot. Request a tailored quote, test your real workflows and compare alternatives before committing.
