To make a Rihanna-style AI cover responsibly, use a song recording and a voice model you are authorized to use, label the result as AI, and confirm the service terms before sharing or monetizing it. None of the listed tools establishes that Rihanna has authorized a clone of her voice, so do not present an output as Rihanna singing or upload it commercially without the required permissions.
What You Need Before You Start
- Audio you can use: Obtain the song, backing track, or vocal performance under terms that permit your intended use. A cover still involves rights in the composition and recording.
- Voice consent: Use your own voice, a licensed model, or a model whose owner has given permission. A celebrity name in a prompt is not proof of consent.
- A clear label: Keep “AI-generated vocal cover” in the title or description and retain the source files and permissions.

Step 1: Choose A Cleared Voice
Start with your own vocal take or an authorized singer/model. For a Rihanna song, preserve the original melody and rhythm while treating the target voice as a timbre choice. If you cannot document consent, change the brief to “pop vocal with a smoky, confident tone” and avoid the Rihanna name in the model request.
Step 2: Prepare The Song
- Export a clean vocal performance or an instrumental and vocal pair. Keep a copy of the source recording and permission information.

Feed the converter a performance you are allowed to process, compare several takes, and keep the model and source-performance licenses with the project. Step 4: Check Consent And Platform Rules

- Do not claim Rihanna endorsed, performed or approved the cover. A similar vocal character is not identity consent.

- Publish only where your composition, recording, voice and platform permissions align. Keep the project file, model source, prompts and consent record in case a platform asks for proof.

Use wording that describes musical qualities without requesting an unlicensed identity:

When To Stop
Stop the project if the model owner cannot show authorization, if the source recording is not cleared for your intended release, or if the platform terms prohibit your planned commercial use. A technically convincing result is not evidence of consent.
