You can’t force Google Opinion Rewards to send you surveys or request extra ones. Google assigns surveys randomly based on available research, so the best you can do is set up your account accurately, avoid missing invitations, and answer honestly. These steps can prevent avoidable problems, but they do not guarantee more surveys.
Why you may receive few or no surveys
Survey invitations depend on the research available and whether a survey is relevant to your account. Google says it does not always have surveys to send, and frequency varies. Quiet periods do not necessarily mean your app is broken or that you have done anything wrong.

There is no survey queue you can fill on demand. Google says you can answer a survey only after it notifies you one is available. Opening the app may help you notice an invitation if a notification was missed, but it does not create new survey inventory.
Set up the app and account correctly
Use the official app and the Google account you want associated with your rewards. On Android, install Google Opinion Rewards from Google Play. During setup, Google requests information such as your name, postal code, country, age and languages. Enter accurate details and update them if they change. Choose languages you genuinely understand so you can complete relevant surveys accurately.

On iPhone or iPad, use the official App Store app. Availability, age requirements and reward methods vary by country and platform, so check the listing for your region rather than assuming Android instructions apply.
Legitimate ways to avoid missing eligible surveys
- Complete your profile truthfully. Accurate information helps ensure your account is configured properly. Google does not promise that adding details will increase survey frequency.
- Turn on app notifications. Notifications can alert you when an invitation arrives; they do not generate invitations. If notifications are unreliable, check the app occasionally.
- Respond promptly when you can. Surveys usually expire after about 24 hours. Open the app and make sure you have an internet connection; an expired survey generally cannot be restored.
- Answer accurately and completely. Don’t guess or try to predict which answer will qualify you. Google says dishonest or inattentive answers can lead to fewer surveys.
- Keep the official app working. Keep it updated and confirm you are signed into the intended account. These are basic troubleshooting steps, not a way to increase Google’s survey supply.
- Decide whether to allow location access based on privacy. Some surveys are location-related, but Google does not guarantee that enabling location will increase your overall survey count. Allow it only if you are comfortable with the trade-off.
You do not have to answer every invitation. Answer surveys you can complete reliably; ignoring one lets it expire, but Google does not specify a penalty for declining individual surveys.

What not to try
Avoid fake answers about your age, purchases, travel or demographics; fake GPS or VPN-based location manipulation; bots, scripts, emulators and multiple accounts; and services that claim to unlock hidden surveys. Google discourages gaming the system, and its guidance warns that responses it identifies as dishonest or inattentive may result in fewer invitations. A paid “survey generator” cannot legitimately make Google assign more surveys.
Troubleshoot missing invitations or app errors
- Check the account and connection: confirm the app is signed into the account you set up and that the device can get online.
- Check notifications: make sure Opinion Rewards notifications are allowed in your device settings. You can also open the app manually, but a quiet screen may simply mean no survey is available.
- Restart the app and device: if the app is stuck or crashing, Google recommends restarting the device and reopening the app.
- Reinstall if needed: if restarting does not help, uninstall and reinstall the official app, then sign into the correct account.
- Check ad-blocking interference: if a survey reports a submission problem, Google says an ad blocker may interfere. Disable it and restart the app before trying again.
- Use in-app feedback: for continuing system errors or other unresolved problems, contact Google through the app’s feedback option.
If you were offline when a survey expired, reconnecting will not necessarily bring it back. There may also simply be no current survey for your account.

Rewards and realistic expectations
Rewards differ by platform and region. Android rewards are Google Play credit. The current U.S. Google Play listing advertises up to $1 per completed survey and says surveys may arrive around once a week, but frequency can be higher or lower; neither figure is a promise. The U.S. App Store listing describes PayPal payments on iOS. Check your local listing for applicable details, and do not treat the maximum reward as predictable income.
Some initial setup surveys do not pay. If a survey showed that you earned a reward but it has not appeared, allow several days. Google says to report a promised credit that is still missing after seven days through in-app feedback.
