Download Temu from your device’s official app store: search for “Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire”, check that the developer is Temu, and tap the store’s download or install button. On Android, use Google Play; on iPhone or iPad, use Apple’s App Store. You can also reach both official store links from Temu’s app download page.
Download Temu on an Android phone or tablet
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Search for Temu.
- Select Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire by Temu.
- Tap Install and wait for the download to finish.
These are Google’s standard Play Store installation steps. If you are viewing Google Play on a computer, sign in, choose the target device if prompted, then select Install. Google Play shows apps compatible with the selected device.
Download Temu on an iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store.
- Search for Temu.
- Choose Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire by Temu.
- Tap the App Store download control and follow any prompts to complete installation.
The official U.S. App Store listing identifies the app as free and supports iPhone and iPad. Availability and listing details can vary by country.

Visit temu.com/app.html on your phone. Scan the QR code shown there with your phone’s camera, or select the button for the App Store or Google Play. Confirm the store listing name and developer before installing.

If you can’t find or install the app
- Temu does not appear in Google Play: Search the selected device’s Play Store listing. Google filters apps by device compatibility, so a result may not appear for an unsupported device. If your account is connected to several devices, check the device selector. See Google’s instructions for finding and installing apps.
- Google Play is missing: Play Store comes preinstalled only on Android devices that support Google Play. Check the device’s Apps section to see whether Play Store is hidden or disabled, then restart the device. If it remains missing, Google advises contacting the carrier or manufacturer. Follow Google’s Play Store troubleshooting guidance.
- The download stalls or fails: Treat this as a Play Store download issue and use Google’s download troubleshooting flow.
- You are using a Windows or Mac computer: Google Play Android apps are not installable for use on Windows or Mac through Google Play. Use Temu’s website instead. Play Store installation may be available on compatible Chromebooks.
- Your store account is not the one you intended: On Google Play, check which Google Account is selected before installing. Google associates Play content with the account, not simply with the device, and says content cannot be transferred between accounts.
- You are considering another iPhone distribution route: Apple’s alternative marketplaces and direct web distribution are available only in specified regions, including the European Union, Brazil, and Japan, and are subject to Apple’s requirements. For the standard reviewed listing, use the App Store. See Apple’s alternative app distribution guidance.
What to know before installing
Temu’s app-store listing is free to download; that does not mean items or other purchases in the app are free. Read prices, shipping details, and the applicable terms before placing an order. Store age ratings and availability may vary by region. The current listings use the full name Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire; do not rely on search results that merely use the shorter name without verifying the developer.
