Eligible motorcycle and scooter owners in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) were reported to be able to apply for PKR 2,000 in monthly assistance through the Dastak App. Registration was reported to begin on April 6, 2026. That launch date does not confirm the program is still accepting applications: the available reports do not establish a closing date or current registration status. Check the current app or a fresh KP government announcement before preparing an application.
What the program offers
The Ehsaas Fuel Support Program is a KP government relief initiative, not a federal Ehsaas or BISP benefit. Launch coverage reported PKR 2,000 in monthly financial assistance for eligible, approved motorcycle and scooter owners. The clearest reported requirement is that the applicant own a motorcycle or scooter registered in their own name. The vehicle and applicant details must be verifiable. An unregistered vehicle, or one still recorded in another person’s name, is not reported as eligible. UrduPoint’s launch coverage

- You own a motorcycle or scooter.
- The official vehicle record lists you as its owner.
- If you bought it second-hand, the Excise ownership transfer is complete.
- You can provide your CNIC, registration book or smart card, and a clear vehicle photo.
- You can complete buyer-and-seller verification if the app requires it for a transfer.
Some coverage uses broader language that includes rickshaws, but the strongest repeated reporting focuses on motorcycles and scooters. Do not assume a rickshaw qualifies unless the current app or a government notice explicitly says so. The reviewed reporting also does not firmly establish an income ceiling, required BISP status, engine-size limit, SIM-registration rule, district-residency test, or maximum number of beneficiaries. Treat such claims as unconfirmed unless the live application or an official notice specifies them.
Documents and details to prepare
- CNIC: front and back.
- Vehicle registration: the registration book or smart card.
- Vehicle photograph: a clear image of the motorcycle or scooter.
- Ownership-transfer information: buyer-and-seller verification may be requested if ownership has changed.
Reports also describe personal details such as full name, father’s name, CNIC number, registered mobile number, complete address, and district, alongside vehicle registration and chassis numbers. Exact fields and labels may change. Copy details from your CNIC and official vehicle record, not from memory; enter the chassis number rather than the engine number if the app requests chassis information.

For uploads, use good light, keep all document corners visible, and make sure the text is sharp and readable. Photograph the vehicle clearly, including the number plate if the app requests a full vehicle image. Do not alter documents. These are practical image-quality tips, not additional published eligibility rules.

- Check that registration is available. Look for a current fuel-support service or announcement in the Dastak App. The reports say the app was available through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, but do not provide a verified store listing or package identifier. Before installing, check the developer or publisher, its KP government connection, update history, and permissions. Do not install an APK from an unknown website or social-media link.
- Create an account. Select the user or buyer registration option shown in the current app. One report describes a “buyer/user” account, but that exact label is not confirmed as current.
- Enter your personal information. Complete the fields requested, which reports describe as including your full name, father’s name, CNIC, mobile number, address, and district. Use the details as they appear in your identity records. If the app requires a registered mobile number, follow its instructions; a universal rule that the SIM must be in the applicant’s CNIC name was not confirmed in the strongest reports.
- Enter the vehicle information. Provide the registration number, chassis number, and other details requested. Match spelling and number formatting to the registration document. Check carefully that you have not entered the engine number in place of the chassis number.
- Upload the documents. Add the CNIC front and back, vehicle registration book or smart card, and vehicle photograph. Supply buyer-and-seller verification if requested for a transfer.
- Review and submit. Recheck your name, CNIC digits, mobile number, district, registration number, chassis number, and image readability. Confirm the vehicle is officially registered in your name. Launch reporting warns that incorrect information may lead to rejection. Save the application or reference number and a submission screenshot if the app provides them.
- Wait for verification and a decision. Reported checks include e-Sahulat verification followed by Excise & Taxation Office scrutiny. Submission alone does not mean approval; applicants were reported to receive an approval or rejection notification.

The vehicle is still registered to the seller
Using or possessing a motorcycle is not the same as being its registered owner. If the Excise record still names the seller, complete the official transfer before applying. An open letter, sale agreement, or purchase receipt may not satisfy the reported ownership check. If the transfer has started but is incomplete, wait for the official record to update; buyer-and-seller verification may also be requested.

The chassis number does not match
Compare the number in the app with the registration book or smart card and, where necessary, the number stamped on the vehicle. Watch for easily confused letters and digits, and do not substitute the engine number. Correct the application if editing is available. A formal correction route was not confirmed; if you cannot edit a submitted form, contact the published helplines below.
A document upload is blurry or incomplete
Retake the image in good light with the whole document visible. Use the original document rather than a compressed screenshot, and make sure key numbers can be read. Poor images may delay review or contribute to rejection.

The app is missing or will not accept your details
Do not use an unofficial APK, lookalike website, or social-media link to submit CNIC details. Check for a current official app listing or announcement. If the app rejects a mobile number, use the number associated with your identity records if the app instructs you to do so; the precise SIM rule is not established in the reviewed reports.
You have not received a decision
The available reports do not give a processing-time estimate, appeal procedure, or method for correcting a rejected application. Keep your reference number, submission screenshot, notifications, and copies of the documents you submitted. The April 2026 launch coverage published these helplines: 091-9212260 and 091-9211693. Confirm the numbers are still active before relying on them.
What remains unconfirmed
The available launch-period reporting does not establish the current application deadline or whether registration is open; a processing time; an appeal or correction process; how approved assistance is paid; whether payments are retroactive; an application-fee policy; definitive rickshaw eligibility; BISP or income requirements; an engine-size restriction; or a guaranteed fuel-liter quota. Do not rely on claims of instant approval, a fixed number of litres, or a specific payment channel unless the current app or an official notice confirms them.

Your application may involve sensitive CNIC and vehicle records. Install only an app you can verify as government-linked, and do not enter personal information on lookalike pages. Never share a one-time password (OTP) publicly, send CNIC images to unofficial WhatsApp numbers, or pay an agent who promises guaranteed approval. These are general precautions; the reviewed reports do not document a specific fraud campaign.
