As of August 18, 2026, TeamViewer’s U.S. quotation system showed Business at $50.90 per month equivalent, Premium at $120.90, and Corporate at $245.90. Those plans are billed annually, before tax, and the displayed figures may reflect promotional pricing rather than guaranteed checkout totals.
The right price depends less on the headline monthly figure than on the number of licensed users, simultaneous connections, managed devices, add-ons, region, and contract terms.

Is TeamViewer free?
Yes, but only when the use is genuinely personal and noncommercial. Examples include accessing your own home computer while traveling, retrieving personal files, connecting between your own devices, or helping a family member with a personal computer.
Using TeamViewer to support customers, coworkers, clients, or an employer is commercial use—even if the sessions are occasional or unpaid. Low frequency does not automatically make workplace or client support eligible for the free tier. TeamViewer describes its free offering as personal, noncommercial use.
TeamViewer also offers a 14-day full-featured business trial without a credit card or commitment. A trial is temporary and is not an ongoing free commercial license. Feature availability for personal use can vary by product and license context, so do not assume every business feature is included.

Remote Access
Remote Access is aimed primarily at unattended access to your own or company-controlled computers. TeamViewer describes it as including one licensed user, one concurrent connection, three managed devices, unlimited devices to connect from, and up to three computers to connect to, with an add-on available for additional computers. The live U.S. page should be checked for the current price because the retrieved result displayed “contact us.”
This is potentially a better fit than a support-oriented plan when the requirement is simply reaching a limited set of computers remotely.
Business
Business is the apparent starting point for a solo IT professional or individual commercial support provider. The observed U.S. quote included one user, one concurrent connection, and 200 managed devices at $50.90 per month equivalent, or approximately $610.80 per year before tax.
That price is useful as a budgeting signal, not a permanent rate card. The quotation URL included a coupon parameter, and TeamViewer can change prices, promotions, and configuration options.

Premium
Premium increases the authorized user pool to 15 and the managed-device allowance to 300, but the observed plan still included only one concurrent connection. The displayed price was $120.90 per month equivalent, or approximately $1,450.80 annually before tax.
Premium therefore suits a team in which many people may be authorized to use the account but only one commercial support session needs to run at a time. It is not a 15-session license.
Corporate
Corporate was displayed with 30 users, three concurrent connections, and 500 managed devices at $245.90 per month equivalent. That works out to approximately $2,950.80 per year before tax.
Corporate is more appropriate for a larger support operation that needs several simultaneous sessions, although a busy help desk requiring more than three concurrent connections may need additional configuration or an enterprise quote.

Tensor and TeamViewer ONE
TeamViewer Tensor is positioned for enterprise remote connectivity, security, governance, and operational control. TeamViewer ONE combines remote connectivity with broader capabilities such as digital employee experience, asset and patch management, AI, and related IT functions.
These are not simple self-service substitutes for Business or Premium. Pricing is generally quote-based and depends on deployment scope, integrations, capacity, and enterprise requirements.
What actually determines your TeamViewer bill?
Licensed users
Users generally refer to the people authorized to initiate commercial sessions. A plan with more users can help distribute access across a team, but it does not necessarily provide the same number of simultaneous sessions.

Concurrent connections
Concurrent connections are often the most important capacity limit. The observed Business and Premium plans each included one concurrent connection; Corporate included three. If several technicians must support customers at the same time, adding named users alone may not solve the bottleneck.

Managed devices
Managed-device capacity matters when you administer or access a large endpoint fleet. The observed allowances were 200 devices for Business, 300 for Premium, and 500 for Corporate. A plan with more users is not automatically the best value if your real requirement is more endpoints.
Add-ons and product features
Potential additional charges can include mobile-device support, extra computers or managed devices, additional concurrent connections, remote-management capabilities, endpoint-management features, and enterprise integrations. TeamViewer’s product documentation identifies mobile-device support as an add-on for certain commercial plans.
Features such as remote printing, Wake-on-LAN, file transfer, remote terminal, session recording, reporting, and integrations should be checked against the exact plan rather than assumed to be universal.
Region, taxes, and promotions
TeamViewer prices vary by country, currency, tax treatment, promotion, contract configuration, and whether the purchase is self-service or sales-assisted. The figures in this guide are U.S. dollars, before tax, and should be rechecked at the live checkout.

TeamViewer’s support documentation says the covered subscription packages are billed and renewed annually. A displayed monthly amount can therefore represent an annual charge rather than twelve separate monthly invoices. Add tax and any selected options to estimate the actual payment.
Automatic renewal should be treated as a budgeting issue. TeamViewer says customers can stop renewal by submitting a support ticket or notifying the company in writing at least 28 days before the end of the initial or renewal term. Check the contract and account terms for the exact deadline that applies to your subscription.

Older articles may discuss perpetual or one-time licenses. TeamViewer still documents some legacy perpetual licenses, but that does not mean a perpetual license is a standard current purchase option for new customers.
Which TeamViewer plan fits your situation?
- You access only your own computers: Use the free personal tier if the activity is genuinely noncommercial. If you need commercial or expanded unattended-access features, check Remote Access.
- You are a solo IT consultant: Business is the likely starting point, but confirm that one concurrent connection is enough.
- You have many technicians but rarely work simultaneously: Premium may expand the user pool and device allowance, but it will not provide 15 simultaneous sessions.
- You need several live support sessions: Corporate’s observed three-connection allowance may be a better starting point. A busier help desk should request a configuration or enterprise quote.
- You manage a large organization: Compare Tensor or TeamViewer ONE if you need governance, integrations, endpoint management, or digital employee experience capabilities.
- You support mobile devices: Confirm whether mobile support is included or requires an add-on for the specific product and plan.
TeamViewer versus alternatives
Alternative prices are not directly comparable unless the products perform the same job. A remote-access plan should be compared with TeamViewer Remote Access, while a technician-support plan should be compared with a comparable support tier.

Splashtop’s official pricing page showed Solo at $6 per month, billed annually at $72, and Pro at $8.25 per user per month, billed annually at $99 per user. Its advertised features include unattended access, file transfer, and remote printing, with higher tiers adding capabilities such as multi-monitor support, user management, chat, and session recording.
Splashtop may offer better advertised value for straightforward remote access, but buyers should verify support workflows, integrations, deployment, and enterprise features before treating it as a like-for-like replacement. See Splashtop pricing.
AnyDesk
AnyDesk’s official pricing page showed Solo at $28.90 per month, Standard at $49.90 for one connection, Advanced at $111.90 for two connections, and Ultimate as quote-based. The listed plans are billed annually and exclude taxes.
Standard starts with up to 20 users and 500 managed devices; Advanced starts with 1,000 managed devices and adds features such as command-line administration, mass deployment, and Group Policy support. The different limits mean a lower headline price does not automatically represent better value than TeamViewer. See AnyDesk pricing.
RustDesk
RustDesk is aimed at technically capable users who want self-hosting or an open-source-oriented deployment. Its official pricing page showed a free self-hosting plan, Individual Pro at $9.90 per month billed annually, and Basic Pro at $19.90 per month billed annually.

The software price is not the full operating cost. The customer is responsible for hosting, administration, updates, security, networking, backups, and reliability. Chrome Remote Desktop
Chrome Remote Desktop may suit basic personal access, but it should not be assumed to match TeamViewer’s professional support, administrative, unattended-access, or enterprise capabilities. Verify the current feature set before using it for a help desk or business deployment.
How to reduce the total cost
- Use the personal tier only for genuinely personal, noncommercial activity.
- Size the license by concurrent sessions, not just the number of technicians.
- Count managed endpoints before choosing a plan.
- Do not pay for enterprise capabilities if you only need basic unattended access.
- Test every required workflow during the 14-day business trial.
- Compare the annual total, including tax and add-ons, instead of focusing on the monthly equivalent.
- Record the renewal date and the 28-day cancellation deadline.
- Ask for a written renewal and add-on quote when buying through sales.
