Yes. Fnac France accepts eligible phones through its trade-in service, and some Google Pixel listings carry an additional bonus reprise. There is no fixed bonus for every Pixel: the amount and eligibility depend on the model, seller, campaign and date. Check the exact listing and final trade-in offer before buying.
What Fnac’s Pixel trade-in offer includes
Fnac’s Reprise service lets customers submit eligible products online or in a Fnac store. Fnac says buying a new device may unlock an additional trade-in discount. Pixel listings can also show “Reprise de votre ancien appareil”; Fnac’s help page describes starting a reprise from the basket when buying new equipment (Fnac help).
There are two separate amounts to check: the assessed value of your old phone and any promotional bonus for buying a qualifying new Pixel. A bonus is not necessarily the phone’s total trade-in value. Fnac search results have shown different Pixel bonus indicators, including €80, €100 and €130, but these are listing- and campaign-specific examples, not a current standard tariff. Use the price shown for the exact configuration you intend to buy. Confirm that the bonus is additional to the assessed value and note how Fnac will issue each amount before accepting.
How to check a specific Pixel offer
- Open the exact Pixel listing and choose the storage and colour you want. Trade-in terms and bonuses can differ between configurations.
- Check the offer’s seller and fulfilment details. Some Fnac offers are restricted to products sold and shipped by Fnac.com; a Pixel appearing on fnac.com may instead be offered by a Marketplace seller.
- Look for the reprise option and read the campaign conditions, including any end date, eligible old devices and whether the offer applies online, in stores or both.
- Start the valuation for your old phone using its exact model and storage. Declare its condition accurately.
- Before purchase or submission, record the base valuation, the bonus, the compensation method and the final amount or credit shown. Save the offer details and confirmation.
For example, the Pixel 10 128 GB listing has displayed both a reprise option and a Fnac seller restriction. Check the live listing rather than assuming that every seller’s offer for the same product qualifies.

How you receive the trade-in value
Fnac’s help material describes selling an item and using the resulting Fnac gift card toward a purchase. The reprise option can also be initiated from the basket when buying new equipment. The exact payment or credit flow may depend on whether you start with the standalone Reprise service or a new Pixel purchase, and on whether you transact online or in a store.

Which old Pixels may qualify—and what inspection can change
Fnac does not establish one blanket rule covering every Pixel generation. Eligibility depends on whether its valuation system lists your exact model and storage, the device’s condition, and the campaign terms. Fnac says the device is checked against the declared condition, so an initial estimate is not necessarily final.
- Condition: cracked glass, dead pixels, touch-screen faults, a damaged frame, charging or battery problems, and camera, microphone, speaker, button or biometric failures can affect the valuation or eligibility.
- Function and damage: a phone that will not power on, has liquid damage or a swollen battery may receive a lower value or be rejected. The outcome depends on the programme; do not assume damaged phones are accepted.
- Access and ownership: a phone that remains linked to a Google account, cannot be reset, or has a blocked or problematic IMEI may fail intake. Remove account locks and submit only a device you are entitled to trade in.
- Accurate details: choosing the wrong storage or overstating the condition can lead to a different result at inspection.
The retrieved Fnac information does not set out a complete inspection table or a general rejection and return-fee schedule. Check the current valuation flow and terms for what happens if Fnac revises or rejects an estimate, including whether you can decline the revised amount and have the phone returned. Do not assume that the procedures for Google’s separate programme apply to Fnac.

Fnac, Google Store or a private sale?
Compare the net cost for the same Pixel configuration, old phone, condition and purchase date. Google runs a separate trade-in programme in France; its valuation and credit are not interchangeable with Fnac’s (Google Store trade-in and Google’s France help page).

Fnac can suit buyers whose best Pixel price or trade-in bonus is there and who can use Fnac credit. Google is worth comparing if you prefer to buy directly from Google or its net price is better. A private sale may suit someone prioritising cash and willing to handle the extra work. Compare actual offers rather than headline bonuses.

Prepare your Pixel before handing it over
- Back up photos, messages, authenticator data and anything else you need. Check that the backup is accessible before erasing the phone.
- Record the IMEI or serial number, and photograph the phone’s condition. Keep the valuation, offer details and any relevant confirmation.
- Remove your Google account, disable screen locks and factory-reset the phone so it is no longer activation-locked. Google’s trade-in terms also stress erasing personal data.
- Remove the SIM card. Send accessories only if Fnac’s instructions request them.
- Package the phone securely, use the specified submission method, and keep the dispatch receipt and tracking information until the final value is confirmed.
