CrowdStrike is pushing its channel strategy beyond endpoint-license resale: it is expanding partner support, opening Falcon Next-Gen SIEM to service providers, offering partner-delivered access to Falcon Complete MDR, extending flexible purchasing to services, and widening marketplace procurement. For MSPs and MSSPs, the opportunity is more recurring services revenue; the trade-off is greater dependence on CrowdStrike’s tools, terms, and response processes.

These five moves can help providers launch or expand security services, but they do not automatically create healthy margins or transfer responsibility for customer outcomes. The key is to assess each program against your delivery model, customer ownership, operational control, and contract economics.

1. Accelerate is becoming a broader channel growth program

On March 10, 2025, CrowdStrike announced an expansion of its Accelerate partner program, adding incentives, tools, training, resources, and MSP-focused support. The company described automation and service-delivery benefits intended to help partners grow around Falcon. CrowdStrike’s announcement frames the change as a way to improve partner growth and profitability.

The strategic change is that partners are being asked to do more than source customers and resell licenses. CrowdStrike wants MSPs to build ongoing services around its platform, while resellers, distributors, systems integrators, incident-response providers, and technology partners contribute to a wider ecosystem.

Sandisk 2TB Extreme Portable SSD, Up to 1050MB/s, USB-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, IP65 Water and Dust Resistance, Updated Firmware, External Solid State Drive, SDSSDE61-2T00-G25
  • Get NVMe solid state performance with up to 1050MB/s read and 1000MB/s write speeds in a portable, high-capacity drive(1) (Based on internal testing; performance may be lower depending on host device & other factors. 1MB=1,000,000 bytes.)
  • Up to 3-meter drop protection and IP65 water and dust resistance mean this tough drive can take a beating(3) (Previously rated for 2-meter drop protection and IP55 rating. Now qualified for the higher, stated specs.)
  • Use the handy carabiner loop to secure it to your belt loop or backpack for extra peace of mind.
  • Help keep private content private with the included password protection featuring 256‐bit AES hardware encryption.(3)
  • Easily manage files and automatically free up space with the SanDisk Memory Zone app.(5). Non-Operating Temperature -20°C to 85°C

That could create value if incentives reward services attachment, customer expansion, and retention without requiring uneconomic delivery effort. But the announcement does not publish a universal rebate schedule, margin guarantee, eligibility matrix, or contract terms. The benefits available to one provider may not apply to another.

  • Ask which partner tier and requirements apply to your organization.
  • Get written details on deal registration, rebates, renewal economics, distributor terms, and any minimum commitments.
  • Calculate gross margin after licensing, delivery labor, customer support, training, and acquisition costs—not just the discount against list price.
  • Check whether automation removes work or shifts it into Falcon administration and integration.

Best fit: Providers already selling security services or prepared to invest in repeatable Falcon-based delivery. Main risk: increased bookings that do not translate into profit after service labor.

2. Falcon Next-Gen SIEM creates a managed-SOC opportunity—and new obligations

CrowdStrike announced a Services Partner Program for Falcon Next-Gen SIEM on March 25, 2025, aimed at GSIs, MSPs, and MSSPs. The stated goal is to help partners drive adoption and deliver strategy, implementation, and operational services around the platform. The program announcement positions SIEM as part of a broader SOC transformation.

For service providers, potential work includes SIEM migration and deployment, log-source onboarding, detection engineering, managed monitoring, threat hunting, incident investigation, compliance reporting, and co-managed operations for customers that retain an internal security team. A SIEM engagement can lead to deeper recurring revenue than endpoint resale, but it also requires continuing engineering, tuning, investigation, and reporting.

  • HI RESOLUTION VIDEO RECORDING: Record Ultra High Resolution (4K 60fs) videos directly onto the T7 Portable SSD with your favorite camera or mobile devices; Supports iPhone 15 Pro Res 4K at 60fps video and more³

Do not treat a SIEM product or implementation project as equivalent to an outsourced SOC. The technology, deployment, and 24/7 managed service are distinct commitments. Before proposing a service, establish who runs the platform, monitors alerts, investigates incidents, and takes response action.

  • Ingestion and retention: Who pays for data volume and storage, and how are growth or overages priced?
  • Detection and response: Which detections and actions are available under the customer’s package, and who owns false-positive handling and escalation?
  • Service boundaries: Is the provider implementing the SIEM, operating it, or delivering a full managed-SOC service?
  • Customer exit: Can the customer export data and detections if it leaves, and what happens to integrations?
  • Operational fit: Can Falcon coexist with the provider’s SOC tooling and customer workflows?

Best fit: MSSPs with SOC expertise, MSPs building security operations, and providers modernizing fragmented SIEM environments. Poor fit: A low-touch reseller without escalation capability or a cost model for ingestion and retention.

3. Falcon Complete gives partners a route to MDR without building every SOC function

Falcon Complete for Service Providers lets MSPs, MSSPs, systems integrators, and other providers offer CrowdStrike-backed managed detection and response. CrowdStrike describes 24/7 monitoring, threat hunting, intelligence, containment, and remediation, with white-label or co-branded options. It markets the program as a way to launch MDR more quickly than building the complete staffing and infrastructure model in-house.

This does not mean the provider can outsource its entire customer promise. The MSP still needs onboarding, policy design, escalation procedures, incident communications, customer reporting, ticketing, billing, and staff who can explain what happened. It also needs to make clear whether CrowdStrike, the provider, or the customer can isolate a device, disable an account, or take other disruptive action.

Seagate Portable 5TB External Hard Drive HDD – USB 3.0 for PC, Mac, PS4, & Xbox - 1-Year Rescue Service (STGX5000400), Black
  • Easily store and access 5TB of content on the go with the Seagate portable drive, a USB external hard Drive
  • Designed to work with Windows or Mac computers, this external hard drive makes backup a snap just drag and drop
  • To get set up, connect the portable hard drive to a computer for automatic recognition software required
  • This USB drive provides plug and play simplicity with the included 18 inch USB 3.0 cable
  • The available storage capacity may vary.

There are three common operating choices:

  1. Build an in-house SOC: Greater control over detections, customer experience, and differentiation, with substantial staffing, tooling, and 24/7 management costs.
  2. Use Falcon Complete: Faster access to CrowdStrike-backed operations and expertise, in exchange for dependence on its service scope, escalation model, and commercial terms.
  3. Use a hybrid model: Retain customer governance, service desk, and selected monitoring while relying on Falcon Complete for specialist operations, overnight coverage, or high-severity support.

CrowdStrike says partners can retain customer relationships and white-label or co-brand the offering. Confirm the actual agreement’s branding, data-processing, support, customer-portability, and termination terms rather than assuming every partner has identical rights.

CrowdStrike’s service-provider materials cite a one-minute median time to contain. This is a vendor-reported median, not a guaranteed SLA for each customer. The service-provider data sheet defines the metric as the time between initial detection and successful containment controls and notes that results vary with incident complexity and environmental factors, including offline hosts. Do not put it in a customer contract as a promised response time without a separate, explicit contractual commitment.

Best fit: Providers that want to offer MDR but do not want to build every 24/7 SOC function themselves. Main risk: selling a service whose customer-facing accountability exceeds the provider’s control over its underlying operations.

4. Flex for Services makes expert services part of the consumption conversation

On March 24, 2026, CrowdStrike announced Flex for Services, extending its flexible consumption approach to services such as incident response, proactive security, advisory, platform services, and training. CrowdStrike says the services entitlement operates independently of Falcon platform subscriptions. The announcement presents it as a way to consume expert services as needs change.

Sandisk 1TB Portable SSD, Up to 800MB/s Read Speeds, Black (Old Model)
  • Solid state performance with up to 800MB/s read speeds in a portable drive. (Based on internal testing; performance may be lower depending on host device, interface, usage conditions and other factors. 1MB=1,000,000 bytes.)
  • Back up your content and memories on a storage solution that fits seamlessly into your mobile lifestyle.
  • Take it with you on your adventures—up to two-meter drop protection means this durable drive can take a beating. (Based on internal testing.)
  • Secure it to your belt loop or backpack for extra peace of mind thanks to the tough rubber hook.
  • From Sandisk, a brand professional photographers trust to take on assignments.

For an MSP, the model could support incident-readiness work, tabletop exercises, threat hunting, detection tuning, platform optimization, cloud or identity reviews, and training. It may make service procurement easier for customers who would otherwise need a new fixed project for each engagement. But flexible consumption helps only if the provider can define the work, track usage, and preserve a margin or clear customer benefit.

A related offer, the Zero Dollar Flex Fund, is described for qualifying new services customers in a CrowdStrike data sheet: a standalone 12-month agreement with 200 hours at no initiation cost—160 hours for incident response and 40 hours for proactive services. Eligibility and terms must be confirmed. This is not unlimited free consulting, and the public description does not establish universal availability, partner margin, unused-hour treatment, or geographic eligibility.

Before packaging Flex for Services, ask:

  • Who owns the entitlement: the provider or the end customer?
  • Can hours be used across multiple customers or transferred between service types?
  • What counts as billable time, and how are emergency, after-hours, or travel costs handled?
  • What happens to unused hours at the end of the term?
  • Can services be white-labeled, purchased through a distributor, or combined with Falcon Complete for Service Providers?
  • What agreements govern live incident response and follow-on work?

Keep this separate from Falcon Flex for platform licensing. Falcon Flex is a pre-negotiated commitment that can be drawn down and shifted among modules under the agreement; pricing is not public, and it may not suit customers with unpredictable demand or insufficient scale. CrowdStrike’s Flex page directs buyers to sales for commercial terms.

5. Marketplace access can ease procurement, but it does not settle the service model

On February 18, 2026, Microsoft and CrowdStrike announced that the Falcon platform was available through Microsoft Marketplace. Eligible customers can use Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment funds for Falcon purchases, with consolidated billing and an existing procurement route among the stated benefits. See the joint announcement.

Sandisk 1TB Extreme Portable SSD, Up to 2000MB/s Transfer Speeds-New Model
  • NEARLY 2X FASTER THAN OUR PREVIOUS GENERATION(8) – move 1,000 high-res photos in under 60 seconds(6) with up to 2000MB/s transfer speeds(2).
  • IP65 RATING AND UP TO 3M DROP PROTECTION(3) – protects against spills and drops.
  • POCKET-SIZED – fits easily in pockets and small bags.
  • SPACE TO OWN YOUR AI CONTENT – speed and capacity to download your high-res clips and photo edits.
  • 256-BIT AES ENCRYPTION(4) – helps keep private files secure with password protection.

This may help providers serving Microsoft-heavy customers, especially when centralized cloud budgets or procurement processes are a hurdle. It can make Falcon easier to include in a broader cloud-security proposal. It may also sharpen comparisons with Microsoft Defender: Marketplace access brings Falcon closer to the same purchasing context, but does not by itself establish technical superiority, integration, or lower total cost.

Azure commitment eligibility does not mean every SKU or partner transaction qualifies. The customer’s agreement, geography, billing account, and private-offer terms may matter. Ask in writing who is the seller of record, how partner attribution and services revenue work, who owns billing and renewals, and how support escalation works. Marketplace procurement convenience should not be confused with deployment simplicity or guaranteed partner margin.

CrowdStrike also operates a technology Marketplace featuring integrations and partner offerings across areas such as identity, cloud, IT service management, remote management, backup, email security, and security operations. Its listings include vendors such as Okta, Zscaler, Proofpoint, ServiceNow, NinjaOne, Rubrik, and Netskope. For an MSP, the point is not the number of integrations; it is whether a specific connector reduces delivery work, improves response, or supports a billable service.

How to decide which move fits your business

Move Potential value New burden or risk Questions to resolve
Accelerate expansion Partner resources and incentives to support growth around Falcon Benefits and economics may vary; delivery work can consume margin What tier, incentives, renewal terms, training costs, and deal protections apply?
Next-Gen SIEM services Implementation, detection, and recurring managed-SOC work Ingestion costs, tuning, staffing, and incident obligations Who operates the SIEM, pays for data, and owns escalation and response?
Falcon Complete for Service Providers Quicker path to CrowdStrike-backed 24/7 MDR Less operational control and possible service differentiation or accountability gaps Who can take response actions, what is the SLA, and what happens at termination?
Flex for Services Flexible access to incident response and advisory services Eligibility, utilization, scope, and follow-on costs require careful management Who owns the hours, what expires, and how are services billed and branded?
Marketplaces Potential procurement alignment and integration options Transaction rules, renewals, and partner economics may be unclear Does the customer qualify, and who owns billing, attribution, and support?

A practical evaluation plan before signing

  1. Choose the operating model first. Decide whether you are reselling software, implementing SIEM, managing security operations, outsourcing MDR, or combining those roles. Do not sell a broad outcome before assigning each operational task.
  2. Model the full economics. Include licenses, distributor or marketplace fees, SOC and service-desk labor, onboarding, tooling, training, support, incident work, customer acquisition, and renewal risk. Test both expected and low-utilization scenarios.
  3. Map authority and accountability. Document who monitors, triages, contacts the customer, approves containment, executes remediation, and reports the incident. Define what happens when a system is offline or an approval is delayed.
  4. Check portability and concentration risk. Review data export, contract termination, customer transfer, renewal control, and dependence on Falcon-specific skills, APIs, and workflows. Decide whether customers can leave your service while retaining the platform.
  5. Validate technical fit. Test multi-tenancy, role-based access, integrations with RMM, PSA, ITSM, ticketing, identity, backup, and email-security tools, plus data residency, retention, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Compare alternatives on the same service design. Microsoft Defender and Sentinel may suit Microsoft-centric customers; SentinelOne offers another endpoint and managed-service route; Huntress is positioned toward MSPs and smaller organizations; Sophos has a broad channel portfolio. Compare partner economics, SOC responsibility, multi-tenancy, response authority, data costs, contract flexibility, and integration with your stack rather than comparing brand names or endpoint features alone.

Public information establishes that these programs and procurement routes exist, but does not disclose every eligibility rule, discount, margin, or contract term. Request the relevant partner agreement, service description, SLA, data-processing terms, and commercial schedule before making customer promises. CrowdStrike’s moves make it easier to build services around Falcon; whether that is a good business depends on how much control, differentiation, and margin your organization retains.
