To cancel an Amazon Subscribe & Save item, open Your Subscribe & Save Items, select Subscriptions, open the product or its Edit page, choose Cancel subscription, then confirm with Cancel my subscription. Do it before the item’s displayed Last day to update this order if you want to stop the next delivery. These instructions apply to Amazon.com in the U.S.; labels can vary by device and interface version.
Cancel one Amazon Subscribe & Save item
- Sign in to the Amazon account and marketplace where you created the subscription.
- Open Your Subscribe & Save Items. You can also look for Subscribe & Save management in your Amazon account area; navigation labels may change.
- Select the Subscriptions tab, rather than order history or a list of upcoming deliveries.
- Select the product image or choose Edit to open its subscription details.
- Choose Cancel subscription. If asked, select a reason; Amazon’s instructions indicate that this is optional.
- Select Cancel my subscription to complete the cancellation.
Canceling a product subscription does not, by itself, cancel other Subscribe & Save items on the account. Amazon staff instructions describe this item-level sequence and warn that a late cancellation may not stop an order already being processed (Amazon customer-service forum).

Cancel in the Amazon mobile app
Open the Amazon Shopping app and go to its account, profile, or menu area. Look for Subscribe & Save, Your Subscribe & Save Items, or the account’s subscription-management option. Open Subscriptions, tap the item, then open Edit or Subscription details. Scroll if needed, choose Cancel subscription, and finish by tapping Cancel my subscription.

App navigation labels vary, so treat that as a route rather than a guaranteed sequence of taps. If the app does not show the cancellation control, try Amazon.com in a desktop browser.

Cancel, skip, or change the schedule?
Amazon describes cancellation, skipping, and schedule adjustments as separate management options. Choose based on whether you want to end the recurring order or only adjust an upcoming delivery (Amazon’s Subscribe & Save overview).

| Change frequency | Keeps the subscription but spaces deliveries farther apart. |

| Change delivery day | Moves the schedule without ending the subscription. |
If you have too much product right now but may want it again later, skip the upcoming delivery instead of canceling. A “Skip All” control, if shown, concerns deliveries; it is not proof that every underlying subscription has been canceled.

Check the deadline for the next shipment
Each subscription or upcoming order may show a Last day to update this order date. Treat it as the cutoff for changes intended to affect that delivery. The date is specific to the item and order; there is no single number of days that applies to every subscription. Check each item separately if several are due around the same time.

If that cutoff has passed, cancel the subscription anyway to prevent later recurring deliveries, then review the current order separately. Once an order has entered the shipping process, Amazon says it cannot be canceled through the normal Subscribe & Save settings. Canceling the subscription does not necessarily cancel an order already placed or in transit.

If “Cancel subscription” is missing
- Make sure you are in Subscriptions, not just scheduled deliveries or order history.
- Open the product or Edit to reach the full Subscription details view; the initial summary may not show every control.
- Scroll through the details page or panel to find the cancellation option.
- Check whether the item already says Canceled or shows an end date. It may no longer be renewing.
- Try the Amazon website in a desktop browser. If needed, sign out and back in, update the app, or use another browser.
- If the subscription still appears active or seems to return after cancellation, contact Amazon Customer Service.
Use Amazon’s own account pages and contact channels. Avoid unofficial cancellation services, browser extensions that ask for Amazon credentials, and phone numbers from random search results.
How to confirm the subscription is canceled
- Reopen the item in Subscriptions and check for a canceled or end-date status rather than an active renewal date.
- Check whether the upcoming delivery is still listed. If its update deadline passed or it is already processing, it may remain even though later renewals are stopped.
- Keep any confirmation email or account notification, and take a screenshot of the cancellation status if you want a record.
- If you intended to stop several products, review each one separately. One cancellation does not establish that the others are canceled.
Can you cancel all Subscribe & Save items at once?
Amazon’s staff-provided cancellation instructions describe canceling a selected item, and a universal bulk-cancel control cannot be verified. The standard approach is to cancel subscriptions item by item. If you have many and no bulk option is displayed, ask Amazon Customer Service for help rather than using unofficial automation.

Orders, refunds, and discounts
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring deliveries when the cancellation takes effect; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been placed, charged, or shipped. Review the order’s status and Amazon’s applicable return or refund options, or contact Customer Service. Returns are handled under the applicable Amazon returns policy.
Subscribe & Save pricing applies to eligible subscription deliveries and may vary by product and program conditions. Canceling means future deliveries will not occur under that subscription. It does not, by itself, establish that an earlier order will be repriced or that a prior discount will be clawed back.

Subscribe & Save is separate from Prime membership and from digital subscriptions such as Prime Video channels, Audible, or Kindle Unlimited. Cancel the specific physical-product subscription in Subscribe & Save management; canceling Prime is not the same action.
