Best headline deal: the 24GB M4 MacBook Air
The most notable laptop offer was the 13-inch M4 MacBook Air with 24GB unified memory and a 512GB SSD for $1,245.26 at Amazon, about $154 below the stated $1,399 list price. The reported offer applied to select colors and was described as shipped by Amazon. At the time, the configuration was characterized as the second-lowest tracked price for that model.

The savings were only slightly better than the broader $150 reductions on other M4 MacBook Air configurations. The more important question was whether the extra memory and storage matched the buyer’s workload.
Which MacBook Air configuration made sense?
- 16GB/256GB: The sensible lower-cost choice for web browsing, office work, school, streaming, messaging, and light creative tasks.
- 16GB/512GB: Better when local storage is the priority but 16GB of memory is sufficient.
- 24GB/512GB: More defensible for sustained multitasking, development tools, virtual machines, large photo or video projects, and buyers expecting to keep the laptop for several years.
The 24GB model costs more because it combines a memory upgrade with a larger SSD. Many everyday users would not notice a meaningful difference in ordinary applications. The original coverage recommended the 24GB model, but it did not provide independent benchmark or workload testing, so that recommendation should be treated as configuration-based buying advice rather than a tested performance conclusion.
The Air remains Apple’s thin, fanless, value-oriented laptop. Someone running sustained professional workloads should compare the price with a MacBook Pro, which may offer more sustained performance, ports, and active cooling. Do not compare the $1,245 price with a base-model laptop without accounting for its 24GB memory and 512GB storage.

That price was compelling primarily because of the unusually complete configuration: high storage plus cellular connectivity. It was not simply a cheap way to buy an older chip.
M2 versus M3 iPad Air
The M3 iPad Air was already available, so the older model needed a configuration-specific comparison. The roundup listed these M3 prices:

These are not direct equivalents: several M3 examples were Wi‑Fi-only, while the $799 M2 model included cellular connectivity and 512GB storage. A buyer who did not need cellular data or 512GB could reasonably prefer a discounted M3 model for similar money, especially when a longer software-support runway matters. A cellular data plan also adds an ongoing cost, so include that expense in the ownership calculation.
The M2 deal made the most sense for note-taking, drawing, media, web use, and general productivity when cellular connectivity and storage were genuinely useful. It should not be presented as a universal $799 iPad Air price.

UGREEN FineTrack: a rechargeable Find My card
The “Find My card” was the UGREEN FineTrack Slim Smart Finder, a third-party product compatible with Apple’s Find My network—not an Apple-made accessory. The source reported a $27 list price, a prior reduction to $24, and an Amazon on-page coupon that brought the price to approximately $21.59.
The card was described as 1.7mm thick and included a charging cable. UGREEN said its battery could last approximately one year between charges. Its rechargeable design avoids regularly replacing disposable card batteries, but it introduces another maintenance task: remembering to recharge it.
The FineTrack did not support the wireless MagSafe charging offered by the Nomad Tracking Card. Buyers who prioritize cable-free charging may prefer a MagSafe-charging alternative; buyers focused on a low initial price may prefer a disposable-battery card.
Find My compatibility supports ordinary functions such as viewing a reported location, receiving left-behind notifications, and playing a sound. It does not turn the card into a GPS device or guarantee continuous tracking, precision location, or theft recovery.

Apple Watch charger for $19.99
Woot listed the official USB-C Apple Watch Magnetic Charger for $19.99, compared with a stated $29 regular price. The offer used bulk packaging rather than standard retail packaging. The listing quoted by the original coverage described the item as new and covered by Apple’s one-year warranty, but that language should be verified on any later listing.
A $6 delivery fee could apply to non-Prime customers. That makes the charger most useful for Prime customers or buyers already placing an order that qualifies for shipping benefits. It supports fast charging on Apple Watch Series 7 and newer, according to the original coverage.
This was a practical spare for a desk, travel bag, or office. Someone who needs to charge an iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch together may get more convenience from a multi-device Qi2 or MagSafe station instead of buying another single-purpose cable.
